Thanks to this exercise accessory, you can strengthen and tone various parts of your body such as your arms, abs, legs, hips, thighs, and waist. You can also perform a multitude of exercises; here are a few examples.

For strengthening legs

Place your feet on the pedals and bend your legs at 90 degrees. Hold the handle, raise your legs to 90° (right angle), then fully extend your legs.

For waist slimming

Lay flat with your legs straight and feet together. Hold the handle, lie back and sit up.

For shoulder training

Stand on the mat with both feet in the pedals. Pull the band's handle upwards.

For each exercise you perform, we recommend doing 2 to 3 sets of 15 repetitions.

Finally, the fitness accessory can also be used as a stretching support to prevent neck and back pain!
